This information is incorporated into a Custom Construction Manual for each project. Our Streamline process provides pinpoint accuracy and close tracking throughout your project
When you use our Design & Build services you have one team to work with throughout every step in your project. This offers you a direct line of communication, and a clear chain of responsibility.
It is our job to be certain that your home design includes all of the features that you have requested, and that you have an accurate understanding of the costs. As the project develops, when you refine your ideas, or request changes, it is our responsibility to see that these changes are incorporated into your design and that you have an accurate understanding of how these changes will affect your budget.
As the project continues we keep you informed every step of the way. You approve all changes to the design, timeline and the budget. Our goal is to finish your home guaranteeing excellent quality of design and workmanship, on time, and on budget.
