We are a truly integrated Design/Build Team providing a variety of Clients and Industry Professionals with high performance, State-of -the-Art techniques to traditional Design , Building and Development methods. We are in the business of creating and remodeling New Homes and Buildings, Sustainably Developing Land and Properties, Construction Consulting, and Real Estate Sales. Our goal is to reduce the Carbon Footprint of every project we're involved with, while we meet or exceed each Clients expectations.

Green Building Techniques

Alpine West has refined a wide variety of Green Building Techniques, and continues to research and apply new technologies in order to create the finest living and working environments available. Our projects meet, and in many cases exceeded standards set by the Built Green, E-Star, and the US Building Green Council's LEED programs.

We are experienced with concrete, wood, Timberframe, log, Insulated concrete form - ICF, structural insulated panel - SIPs, engineered lumber systems, hybrids, post and beam, solar and steel structure buildings. We create spaces that are beautiful, functional, eco-friendly and maintain the highest levels of energy efficiency.

Alpine West Homes LLC is registered as a BUILT GREEN builder - our goal is to certify 100% of our projects.

Earth Work and Excavation

Earth Work and Excavation Division is experienced at completing land jobs of any size .... We handle Residential, Commercial, and Development work involving a wide array of coordinated heavy excavation equipment, sophisticated GPS/Accurate Survey Systems, and reliable, experienced contractors.

We've learned to use our expertise to benefit Clients and the Environment. Working accurately, quickly, and professionally reduces the amount of fuel needed to complete each job, and greenhouse gas emissions produced. To help offset the ammount of fossil fuels we we do consume, 1% of our profits go towards purchasing offset Carbon Credits to reduce the Carbon Footprint of each project we're hired to do.

The greening of real estate is really looking at environmental issues as opportunities to make better places for people. Today, people are looking at things like energy efficiency, water consumption, indoor air quality, durability and long term maintenance, and where the materials that go into your buildings come from. They’re looking at these issues as opportunities to live in healthier, more comfortable, generally better environments that are easier to maintain and less expensive to operate.
